Interestingly enough, my recent relocation to Canada has just so happened to coincide with 'Canada Day' (the Canadian equivalent of the USA's July 4th Independence Day, when the British colonies merged into one colony and Canada gained autonomy from the British). And what better way to celebrate Canada day then to showcase some of the great musical talent to come out of the land of maple syrup and ice hockey. So I present to you some of my favourite Canadian musicians, old and new (and honestly most of them I had no idea were Canadian in the first place... Enjoy
